It's purpose is to promote the union and protection of all the workers of the activity, so that the conditions of work and social security are respected, and to offer its members all kinds of services that benefit them in the economic aspect, promoting their cultural development and social. Due to the deepening and improvement of the training and education proposal, the Training Institute for Labor (ICAT) was created, the only one of its kind in Latin America with official, free and public recognition, where a Training Course has been implemented for workers in the region
